I love prowling yard sales looking for treasures. It's visceral with me. Buying something for cheap at a yard sale or thrift store and then selling it on eBay for a nice profit turns me plumb purple with delight. Ebay is the greatest thing going for people like me. And, my wonderful wife Joy is just as fanatical about it.
For about ten years now I've been at it and I've learned some things that have made it even more profitable and fun and I want to share it with you. For free, too! I don't know everything, for sure, but I keep my eyes and ears open in order to learn even more. One thing I've learned is that there's no ~ONE~ way to do anything. There's lots of ways. I guess what's best is what works for you.
We want to share what we think works and maybe you'll share with us what works for you. It's a great money maker, this yard sale scavenging, but I don't know if you'll ever get rich doing it. I do know you will have fun. And, every little bit of extra cash helps, doesn't it?
I hope you'll want to subscribe to my blog as we share what we find and show you how we sell it. And, since we're not trying to make any money with this blog, we'll even show you our failures.
